Operation Hospital Food with James Martin
Highlight of the Summer, has been the unique experience and opportunity to appear on BBC1's Operation Hospital Food with James Martin. The film crew and James Martin together with Pat and Sharon from Scarborough Hospital spent a memorable day with us learning about each others trades.
The documentary probed every aspect of our farming enterprises from viewing the Angus and the pigs right though to Paul's exhibition butchering, and eventually cooking the finished product in my kitchen.
