To complement our seasonal news, here are a few ideas of how to prepare and cook some of our cuts that are at their absolute best at this time of the year. As this is the first time the recipe section has appeared on this website, I make no apologies for providing simple, no fuss, quick solutions on how to cook winning, tasty Summer dishes.  When the quality of the meat is great, fancy extra ingredients are not necessary.  All that is required is to balance the seasoning, and cook to the desired pinkness.  Get out and enjoy the Summer – don't slave in the kitchen!!
